DrumGPT is an audio plugin that allows you to create playable drum kits with words. Just describe the sound you'd like and DrumGPT gives you an unlimited stream of unique options to choose from. The audio plugin is compatible with most major DAWs.

Each DrumGPT generation creates a drum kit composed of 16 unique percussive sounds that correspond to your prompt. The sounds are played using notes C2 through D#3 on your keyboard or MIDI timeline. SynthGPT, on the other hand, creates melodic instruments where the notes you play control the pitch of the playback.

DrumGPT works with most major DAWs and operating systems. DrumGPT is available in VST3 format on Windows and in both VST3 and Audio Unit format on Mac. At the moment, we support Macs running MacOS 10.10 Yosemite or greater.

DrumGPT requires an internet connection for the initial login (once per device) and for sourcing new sounds. However, once your sound has loaded, you can use it forever without internet.

All sounds generated by DrumGPT are 100% royalty free. The songs and master recordings you compose using DrumGPT are 100% yours.

Yes, DrumGPT allows you to fine tune created drum kits using unique pitch, volume, and amplitude envelope controls for each drum.
